How Thai Massage Is Different

Unlike Swedish or full body oil massage, Thai massage is done on a padded mat or firm table while you wear loose, comfortable clothes. The therapist uses palms, thumbs, forearms and gentle body-weight to press along the body's energy lines (known as 'sen' lines), then moves you through a sequence of assisted stretches.

Because there is no oil, it is a great choice if you are heading back to work or the gym afterwards, or if you simply prefer a dry treatment.
